Steps to make Bruschetta:
  1. In kadhai add and heat oil, add chopped onion and saute till pinkish in colour. Add chopped capsicum, green chilli,tomato pieces mix and saute for 3-4 mins. Add sweet corn and salt. Mix well.
  2. Apply butter on both sides of garlic bread slices. Airfry/ Bake in oven for 2 -3 mins at 180 temperature. Spread prepared veggie mixture on one side of each toasted garlic bread slices…as shown in fig.
  3. Sprinkle little tomato sauce and grated cheese on top. Airfry/Bake in oven for 5-8 mins at 180 temperature till cheese melts.
  4. Relish/ Serve Delicious Bruschetta with tomato ketchup & potato chips.
