  1. Slice Scallops and Shrimp into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Bring the Clam Juice to a high simmer and add the Shrimp, cover.
  3. Gently simmer for 2 minutes, then remove with a slotted spoon.
  4. Repeat with the Scallops.
  5. Blend the Mayonnaise, Sour Cream, Mustard, Lemon Juice, and Dill Weed.
  6. Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
