Season with curry and rosemary and allow to fry properly. Once the sauce is dry, add the cooked goatmeat and a spoon of the stock. Stir properly and taste for seasoning. Allow to simmer on low heat for 2 minutes to allow the sauce penetrate the meat properly. Turn off the heat and sprinkle on some chopped spring onions.
- Serve the fried rice with the delicious peppered goat meat and a side of coleslaw.
