  1. Cut raw banana into cubes and cook it in cooker with salt and turmeric powder for 2 whistles.
  2. Pour coconut oil in pan,saute crushed shallots & green chillies, saute it till it's raw smell get gone,then curry leaves and cooked bananas and toss it nicely
  3. Clean fish,crush shallots,ginger& 4-5 cloves of garlic.
  4. Pour coconut oil into the pan,put crushed mixture and saute it for 1-2 min then put dry powders in it,then put putted tomatoes,when it get mushy put tamarind puree and salt as per taste,then put fish in it and cook it
  5. Then season in it with fenugreek seeds and crushed garlic cloves & curry leaves.
  6. Serve it with white rice,Papads etc
