- Drain the pasta and broccolini.
- Into same pot, put olive oil and cook garlic and anchovies 20 seconds with medium heat.
- Add cooked pasta and broccolini and saute 30 seconds.
- Add pasta boiling water.
- Add pasta sauce.
- Add sat & cayenne pepper, and cook 20 seconds.
You get the florets found in broccoli. We all know by now that roasting vegetables makes them the best version of themselves. Broccolini's tops get extra crispy while the stems stay nice and tender. It's an easy, perfect, healthy side. Heat the oil in a large straight-sided skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
