Fish biryani is made of fish of your choice marinated with spices, fresh herbs and cooked with rice into a luxurious biryani. Fish pulao dish, Fish sooru, Fish chal.   1. Marinate the fish head with salt, red chilli & turmeric powder.
  2. Heat oil & fry it well.After that take out from oil.
  3. Fry the boiled potato in the same oil & keep aside.
  4. Now add whole spices in the oil & fry it for few minutes.
  5. Add chopped onion, tomato, ginger garlic paste.Saute it for a while & make a soft mixture of if.
  6. Add all spices & 1/2 cup of hot water.
  7. Add fried potato & fish head.Mix it well with spices.
  8. Add cooked rice & mix with the mixture.Cover it & let it cook for few minutes.
  9. After that adjust salt & add ghee.
  10. Its ready now.Switch off the flame & serve it hot with salad.
