- Prepare 1 parcel Indofood 'Gulai paste'
- Prepare 4 leaves Kaffir lime, teared at the leaves edge
- Get 1/2 can Coconut cream
- Get 2 cups/more warm water from the kettle
- Take Rice Bran oil for deep-fry
- Prepare 2 Potatoes, peeled cut into small cubed,steam for 20'
- Prepare 1 handful frozen peas, parboil for 5'
- Make ready 1 fresh tomato cut into chunks
- Take 1/2 Red Capsicum, slice 2cmx1cm
- Prepare 4 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil for stir fry

- In a wok w 3 tbs oil, fry the paste until fragrant & oily, then add kaffir leaves, lemongrass, ginger,ground turmeric, ground coriander and stir fry for a few minutes.Quickly put 2 cups water, tomato, red Capsicum and Gulai Paste: mix well & bring mixture to the boil then add sugar, tamarind or vinegar, coconut cream, salt: mix &stirring, cook 8'.Taste the season & sugar.
- Turn off the fire and remove & transfer the cooked Yellow veges gravy onto a deep serving dish.Put on top the fried fish pieces. To serve: scoop the cooked Fish with own gravy on top of the steam rice with a small bunch of curly lettuce at side plate, scoop also the French beans mixture & 1 tbs Indonesian Sambal on top of steamed rice.
