Cook the chicken until browned on both sides and remove. Add the sausage and cook until browned, then remove. You will have to stir almost constantly.   4. Rinse shrimp in cold water for about 5 minutes then sprinkle with seafood seasoning
  5. Add potatoes, crab meat, polish sausage, shrimp, chicken breast, and frozen okra then stir
  6. Add red crushed peppers
  7. Place a lid on the pot. Let it cook for about 30 minutes or until rice is done
