Season each fillet with salt and pepper. In a small bowl mix the orange juice, orange zest and honey. Divide the mixture on top of the salmon fillets. In a small bowl, stir together mustard and orange juice.

  1. In a baking dish add the salmon. Add the black pepper, olive oil and sea salt on the top.
  2. Cover the salmon with a thin layer of honey. Put the baking dish in the oven for 10 minutes.
  3. Squeeze the oranges in a bowl.
  4. Add the mustard to the orange juice bowl.
  5. Add honey to the orange juice bowl. Mix well.
  6. Open the oven (after 10 minutes) and put the contents with orange juice, mustard and honey on the top of the salmon. Put the baking dish back to the oven for more 5 minutes.
  7. Leave for 5 minutes, in the oven, absorbing the juices and it's ready to serve!

Divide the mixture on top of the salmon fillets. In a small bowl, stir together mustard and orange juice. Combine honey, grated ginger, grated garlic, orange zest and orange juice in a small bowl. Place slices of one orange around fillet. Place orange juice in a small saucepan.
