  7. Place in baking dish, cover with enchilada sauce and rest of cheese
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Probably not the most authentic enchiladas but definitely one of the best I've ever had and I've had a lot. These are a bit tedious to make but they are so worth it.
