- Increase the heat to about medium heat and Add in the prawns and mix well
- Put on a lid and cook for 10 mins or until the prawns change color
- Taste the prawns and adjust the salt, pepper and add some fresh coriander leaves and cook for 2 mins
- Remove from the stove and transfer the prawns to serving bowl.. ready to eat!
