  4. Repeat with the Scallops.
  5. Blend the Mayonnaise, Sour Cream, Mustard, Lemon Juice, and Dill Weed.
  6. Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
  7. Fold in the Scallops and Shrimp and refrigerate for at least an hour.
  8. Serve on Romaine Leaves and a good Chardonnay.
